Online Counselling
Person-centred therapy using an integrative approach is a highly accessible and effective form of therapy that helps encourage transformative change and personal growth with greater awareness, insight, and empowerment. Using an integrative approach, I combine various therapies such as Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamics, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or Gestalt and combine them with my Person-Centred core, to enable me to tailor specifically to your needs.
A person-centred approach is underpinned by the belief that we can all change - and unlock our untapped potential. Not only in solving immediate issues but also in transforming the way we think, feel, and behave. Person-centred therapy helps you self-actualise, allowing you to develop solutions to your problems and reach your full potential.
Online counselling sessions last 50 minutes for individuals via a secure Zoom link. Online therapy is a convenient and effective way to undergo counselling as we go at your own pace in the comfort of your private space. Individual (18+) therapy costs £50.00 per session.
Step One: Contact me via telephone/text or email. I will get back to you within 24 hours to arrange a time for an initial FREE 20-minute telephone consultation.
Step Two: I know how important it is to feel comfortable with the therapist you chose. Our initial consultation is a great opportunity for you to ask me any questions and for me to explain more about how I work and the therapeutic process. If you then want to proceed and feel we are a good fit for each other, we can arrange our first session within a few days of our initial chat.
Step Three: Pay your session fee upfront within 24 hours of the session date.
Step Four: I will email you a Zoom link before your session. Just click the link for you to gain access to my secure online therapy room.
